Order Tracking - USA - DHL eCommerce

First Class
Within one day after your order was shipped you should have received an automated email message with your tracking number. We send First Class parcels using DHL eCommerce, which is similar to USPS' First Class service, but is a bit more consistent, reliable and faster. The overall shipping process is often more efficient because it bypasses the international sorting centers in the US, which is prone to bottlenecking. Last-mile delivery is handled by USPS, meaning DHL moves the package quickly through the US, and then relies on USPS to get the package from the local post office to your doorstep.

DHL eCommerce trackingTip: Instead of going to DHL eCommerce Tracking several times, when you first check the tracking, look for the orange Receive Status Updates button, and enter your email address.

Note: Our DHL eCommerce provides good tracking  but only after the mail sack has been opened in the US and scanned by the importer in Avenel, NY. This typically happens around one week after dispatch, but sometimes can take a bit longer, depending on flight availability and ground handling. So if your order tracking seems to be "off the radar" for a week, you needn't be concerned.

Express
DHL ExpressOur Express shipping is handled by DHL Express couriers from start to finish. Shortly after it ships you can expect to receive an automated email message with a 10-digit tracking number. Typical shipping time is two days, and shipping to the New York area can be as little as one day.

Note: Our DHL Express shipping option is door-to-door courier service, which often takes just two business days door-to-door (to most US locations). However, keep in mind that in Israel, DHL does not provide pick-up service on Fridays and does not operate flights out of Israel on Sundays, which means if the shipment does not leave our office by Thursday morning, it could run into a long weekend.
