Traditional wool tallit fabric with black, gray and silver striping. Corner patches have a circular Jerusalem design with the words שאלו שלום ירושלים (“Seek peace for Jerusalem”).
Size 24/Size 30. Measures 60 x 180 cm / 24 x 71 inches. Designed to be worn resting on the neck, with all four corners hanging in front.

I am happy with the tallit. This is my first tallit. I have tried others on and felt like I couldn’t move or it would fall off. Not with this one. I got the 24 and it felt good. I could move my arms without feeling it would fall off. I think Ben’s will be my place for future tallits.

1. I am very pleased with the tallit. It fits well, wears well, is well set up, and, in the context of prayer shawls, it is very handsome.
2. Jon at Ben’s was very helpful and courteous regarding questions I had about my order.
3. Unfortunately, the tallit bag was a bit of a mess. It is very attractive, but arrived with a totally destroyed zipper. The pull broke off in two pieces the first time I tried to open it (just out of the packaging!), and when I tried to open the mechanism with what was left of the pull (thinking I might be able to put a new piece on), the zipper itself proved completely defective. It didn’t work at all (was clearly defective at shipping), and we had to replace it at a cost that was nearly twice that of the bag! (The bag is lined, so the sewing job on zipper replacement is apparently somewhat complex.)
