Order Fulfillment
We normally process and dispatch orders within 3–5 business days. For detailed information about production and fulfillment times, please refer to our turnaround time page.
Deadlines
If you have a specific deadline or event date (such as a bar mitzvah, wedding, or other special occasion), please mention it in the Order Notes field during checkout. While we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, we will make every reasonable effort to help your order arrive on time.
Customs, Duties & Tariffs

Reliable Shipping
We’ve been shipping tallit, tzitzit and a range of additional Judaica products worldwide for well over a decade and dispatch more than 150 parcels each month.
All shipping methods include tracking, and our team is available to provide personal assistance if you need help tracking a shipment.

Postal Shipping
Postal shipments are sent via Israel Post using one of our available postal shipping services, including EcoPost and EMS. Available options are displayed during checkout.
After your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number.
Dispatch days: Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
UPS Priority Courier
Our UPS Priority Courier service is handled by UPS from start to finish using its own international logistics network and cargo fleet.
After shipment, you will receive an automated email containing a UPS tracking number beginning with 1Z.
Typical transit time: 2–5 business days.
Dispatch days: Sunday through Thursday.
Important Notes About UPS
- UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses. If your shipping address falls into either category, please choose one of our postal shipping options.
- If your order does not leave our office by Thursday morning, it may remain here over the weekend and ship the following week.
- If your delivery date is critical, please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss current fulfillment times and shipping options.
