I ordered the medium Tzitzit to replace the worn Tzitzit on my Grandfathers old tallit shawl. I found a video on You Tube on how to tie in standard Ashkenazi fashion and after a few trials and errors was able to tie them myself. That was a big thrill and a great experience. The medium Tzitzit are great and the service from Ben was stellar.

I ordered the medium Tzitzit for the tallit I wove for my grandson’s Bar Mitzvah. They were great and I received them in a prompt manner. I also ordered a second set for my granddaughter for her Bat Mitzvah in a couple of years. My grandson and I watched a YouTube video to learn how to tie the strings, said the [declaration of intent] and enjoyed doing it together.

It took over a month to arrive. Also, I was looking for very thick stings and chose #80 and was disappointed that they were the regular thickness. Otherwise, the product was as advertised. [We carry extra long regular thickness and extra thickness regular length, but not extra thick extra long. In the future, we might offer the latter as well.]

One comment I have is that when selecting the length of the strings take note that the knots also go into the length! I made the mistake of ordering strings that were short for my liking because I didn’t realize that the knots are included in the lengt.
