Ever since I read how the creator of the Bnei Or came up with the idea (The story begins many years ago, when Reb Zalman was meditating on the Midrash: “How did G-d create the world? He wrapped Himself in a robe of light, and it began to shine.’) I’ve had in mind to get a tallit with this pattern.
Trying it on earlier today felt like I was wrapping myself in my very own robe of light, and was surprisingly meaningful. Each part of the tallit seems made with care and to an exceptional level of quality – I look forward to wearing it proudly.
