    Our First Class parcels are shipped via Israel Post. Shortly after it ships you can expect to receive an automated email message with a tracking number.

    Tip: Instead of going to the Canada Post tracking page several times, when you first check the tracking, sign up for email notifications to receive delivery status updates and to get notified if CBSA will be charging you duty and/or taxes before receiving the parcel.

    UPS Express
    UPS Express shipping is handled by UPS Express couriers from start to finish. Shortly after it ships you can expect to receive an automated email message with a tracking number. Typical shipping time is 2-3 business days (not including CBSA processing).

    Note: Our UPS Express shipping option is two-day courier service, but leave three business days, to be safe. Also, keep in mind that in Israel, UPS does not provide pick-up service on Fridays and does not operate flights out of Israel on Sundays, which means if the shipment does not leave our office by Thursday morning, it could run into a long weekend. If the delivery date is critical, be sure to check with us regarding fulfillment time before you place the order. Sometimes we can get orders out within one or two days, but not always.

    General Tips: Whichever shipping option you choose, it's generally advisable, when possible, to use an address where someone is on hand during daytime hours, such as a work address. And if you have a critical target date (wedding, bar mitzvah, etc.), mention that in the comments field, which you'll see toward the end of the checkout process.
