Like the Belz Tallis, the Arbel Midnight Blue may appear to have black striping (depending on lighting conditions), but the color is actually a very dark navy.

This is my first full-sized tallit. Lightweight, traditional and easy to handle. I was afraid that it would slide off my shoulders all the time but stayed in place.
The dark blue is dark enough to almost look black. The custom tied tzitzits were professionally done and came with the package so that I can verify that they were the ones asked for.
Buying from here was a great experience from beginning to end.
