Like the standard Beit Yosef Tallit, the Beit Yosef Nonslip is also made entirely of wool, including the atara (neckband) and the corners, but features a subtly textured fabric.

Chai –
The subtle white on white is beautiful. The material is light yet sturdy. It does not slip, but it does not chafe the skin, either. It feels smooth and the material is soft. The light colors of the Jerusalem atara I added on go nicely with it. I chose thick strings for my tzitzit, but the quality of the tying makes them look almost delicate. I am very happy with my tallit from Ben’s. It was shipped just in time for Rosh Hashanah, too.

I ordered a tallit for my fiance. I was worried about the quality but when I received it, I was so pleased with it and most importantly, so was my fiance! When it comes to quality I am very picky but I must say, it is absolutely beautiful and a rich texture (refined soft wool)! The length is on point, the tzitzit are thick and the knots are of good quality as well (Ben Ish Hai).

The Tallit itself is beautiful. Just simple, no blessing on the antara [atara] or images on the corners, just a plane [plain] prayer shawl.
But, I’m not happy with the Tzitzit. I got the Radzin Techelet. The white strings are discolored, more light blue. So pay a little bit more and get the Ptil Techelet.
And Ben is indead out of this world. I complained about it but no respond.

I ordered this beautiful tallit with thick white tzitzit in the large size that I needed (80) in that I am about 6′ 4″ tall for use during the Yamim Noraim, when I have often served as a Ba’al Qriah. This size is not usually found in most stores where I live, so it was great that Ben’s Tallit Shop offered it. Insofar as the tallit came just in the nick of time (no fault of Ben’s Tallit Shop – U.S. customs held up the delivery), it greatly enhanced my observance of the Yamim Noraim.
