The “A.A.” in the name of the Prima A.A. Tallit is taken directly from the Hebrew Aleph-Aleph which stands for Arigah Ichutit or “quality weaving,” a reference to the high-quality weave of the wool fabric used to make this tallit.

I just wanted to plug this business because their products are awesome. I ordered a beautiful tallit in a larger size with the kosher tekhelet that undergoes a special process to recover the blue thread spoken of in the Tanakh. This is a nice weight wool weave and it will be comfortable in warm places. The fabric is a close weave of soft wool, so finely woven. I enjoy the plain reinforced corners and subtle elegance of the white and silver atara with no print. I tied some thick Ptil Tekhelet to the plain corners and the tzit tzit are what you see. It’s a whole lot of blue and white. I wait for morning to break it in, because it will be a little slippery at first. Thanks for enhancing my Thanks.

It is a very nice Tallit. I have an old Ziontalis and this is similar quality (says quite a lot as that is a wonderful Tallit). I do wish that the corners and Atarah on this were nicer, but overall, a quality product.

The tallit that arrived in the mail is fine, but it is substantially different in appearance than what was pictured on the website. Texture of blue stripes is shiny and smooth instead of fuzzy. Large stripe design is different than what is pictured.
