How can I check exactly how much a product will cost me?
Most of our products come with various options. When you select a given option you will see the price change instantly. For instance, if choose a larger size, the price will increase; if you select a smaller size, the price shown will decrease. Or if you choose a certain type of tzitzit strings and tying custom, the price shown will change instantly.
Prices are shown in US$. I don't live in the United States, and would prefer to shop in my own currency.
At the top left of the website you'll see an option to change to prices to a half dozen other currencies. Please note that the exchange rate is updated automatically, and may not always be highly accurate. Also, payment is in US dollars. The exchange rate is determined by PayPal or your credit card company. In some cases, your credit card company may give you an option to select the currency.
How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping fees are set according to your order subtotal. To see the exact cost and a shipping time estimate, either find the shipping info page for your country (see above), or add items to your cart, click "View or edit your cart," then next to "Shipping" click "Add Info." You will then be able to see several shipping options, including the cost and estimated shipping time.
I can't stand filling out order forms. Can I just call you or send an email?
We set up the checkout process the be quick and easy, but if you still find it cumbersome, you can send us a message with your order details, and we will write up an online invoice.
What happens after I place my order?
If it's a very simple order, we start packaging it when we come into the office in the morning. Many orders require tzitzit tying, sewing, embroidery and other finishing work. Typically we need 3-5 business days to prepare the order and get the parcel ready and labeled. If you'd like an update, feel free to contact us. If you received a status update that says Preparing for Shipment, or if it has already shipped and you need help with tracking, contact email@example.com.
