    Product Description

    Unique fabric made of a blend of wool and synthetic fibers, featuring exceptional design work and textured fabric that helps keep the tallit in place on your shoulders.
     
    The wording on the atara (neckband) is taken from Tehillim 104:2, which reads:

       עֹטֶה-אוֹר, כַּשַּׂלְמָה;    נוֹטֶה שָׁמַיִם, כַּיְרִיעָה

    This verse can be translated, "Who coverest Thyself with light as with a garment, who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain." was chosen because of a well-known Midrash, which refers to Hashem "donning His tallit." 

    Tzitzit Notes:

    The Royal Tabor Tallit with Blue Stripes comes with thin, machine-spun tzitzit as standard.
    You can upgrade to hand-spun white or techelet (blue) tzitzit, and can choose from a wide range of traditional tzitzit tying customs.

      Stunning tallit. Makes prayertime more meaningful. Not the reason I wear a tallit, but I have had several compliments on the atara and the tallit in meetings. It’s beautifully crafted. Baruch HaShem! Shalom.

      Absolutely stunning. The rich blue looks so much better than the picture. Nice weight fabric that actually doesn't slip. Very happy with this! Shipping was really fast as well. Thank you!
