How to Track Your Order - Canada, Europe, Australia & Other Regions

All orders are sent via Israel Post. When you placed your order, you were asked to select Standard, First Class or Express. 

Standard

Average shipping time is 10-20 days (unless it gets taken in for an inspection by your country's Customs authorities).

Israel Post Track & Trace>> only provides tracking until the package leaves the country.

Shortly after your order was shipped you should have received an automated message with your tracking number, which starts with rr, ends with il and has nine digits in the middle (e.g. rr150943985il).

Your package will then "disappear off the radar" for a few days until it starts to appear on the tracking tool provided by your country's national postal service.

First Class

First Class is handled by Israel Post. 

Shortly after your order was shipped you should have received an automated message with your tracking number. The tracking number starts with lx and ends with il, and has nine digits in the middle (e.g. lx150943985il).

To track your order, use either Israel Post Track & Trace>> or the tracking tool provided by your country's national postal service.

Express Mail

Express mail is handled by DHL Express.

In unusual cases (e.g. you provided a post office box, military address or are shipping to a country with limited DHL service) we sometimes use Israel Post's express services, EMS, which is highly reliable and provides detailed tracking information.
