    Thank you for your order.

    First Class
    Within one day after your order was shipped you should have received an automated email message with your tracking number. We send First Class parcels using Israel Post's ECO Post service. After export processing the parcel flies directly to the International Sorting Center (ISC) in New York or Los Angeles, and then is handled inside the US using USPS's First Class service.

    Tip: Instead of going to USPS Tracking several times, when you first check the tracking, sign up for automated updates. Look for Text & Email Updates, click on the down arrow, and enter your email address or cell-phone number.

    Note: USPS provides good tracking — but only after the mail sack has been opened in the US and scanned into the USPS system. This typically happens a few business days after it leaves our office. To see when it leaves Israel, you can check Israel Post tracking, using the same tracking number. (USPS Tracking does not indicate a parcel has left Israel enroute to the US until they have scanned it at the International Sorting Center.)

    Express
    DHL ExpressOur Express shipping is handled by DHL Express couriers from start to finish. Shortly after it ships you can expect to receive an automated email message with a 10-digit tracking number. Typical shipping time is two days, and shipping to the New York area can be as little as one day.

    Note: Our DHL Express shipping option is door-to-door courier service, which often takes just two business days door-to-door (to most US locations). However, keep in mind that in Israel, DHL does not provide pick-up service on Fridays and does not operate flights out of Israel on Sundays, which means if the shipment does not leave our office by Thursday morning, it could run into a long weekend.
