Rosh Hashana, Yom Kippur & Sukkot Schedule

The fabulous holidays of the month of Tishrei — Rosh Hashana, Yom Kippur, Sukkot and Simchat Torah — are almost upon us. All year round we try our best to process orders and get them dispatched as quickly as possible.

But during those weeks we are very limited in what we can do. We do not operate on Shabbos, Yom Tov, Erev Shabbos, Erev Yom Tov or Chol Hamoed. That leaves very few business days between 26 Elul (29 Sept.) and 25 Tishrei (27 Oct.).

Not only that, but even in the case of very time-sensitive orders (e.g. a bar mitzvah or wedding quickly approaching), if we make an extra effort to work on the order on an Erev Shabbos or Erev Yom Tov, the suppliers and shippers we work with are unavailable. Also, make note of our war situation updates.

So please take into consideration, when placing orders, that during Tishrei the 3-5 business days we need to get a standard order ready can be much, much longer than 3-5 days!
