Rosh Hashana, Yom Kippur & Sukkot Schedule

Tishrei 5786 (Sept.-Oct.)

The fabulous holidays of the month of Tishrei — Rosh Hashana, Yom Kippur, Sukkot and Simchat Torah — are almost upon us. All year round we try our best to process orders and get them dispatched as quickly as possible.

But during those weeks we are very limited in what we can do. We do not operate on Shabbos, Yom Tov, Erev Shabbos, Erev Yom Tov or Chol Hamoed. That leaves very few business days over the course of these three and a half weeks.

(Even in the case of very time-sensitive orders, e.g. a bar mitzvah or wedding quickly approaching, we might be able to make an extra effort to work on the order outside of our regular business hours, yet the suppliers and shippers we rely on are unavailable.)

So please take into consideration, when placing orders, that during Tishrei the 3-5 business days we typically need to get a regular order ready can be much, much longer than 3-5 days! Take a quick look at the holiday schedule above and you'll see that we have the CLOSED sign hanging on our "window" for 20 days (!) over the course of a four-week period.
