    Operation Swords of Iron - We are fully staffed, and operations are very close to normal. Obviously the situation is fluid. For updated info, please refer to this page.

    Express Shipping: Note that during periods of logistical constraints (like what we saw during the coronavirus period), DHL is well-equipped to maintain high-level operations, since they use their own fleet of planes. 

    First Class Shipping: Israel Post commissions space on regular passenger planes, so when flights are diminished, mail sacks and EMS parcels can get grounded until cargo space becomes available. Except for the first few weeks of the war, we have not seen delays getting parcels out of the country    .

    We try to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently
    as possible, while keeping our shipping fees at a minimum.
    Israel subsidizes international shipping rates, and we pass
    on the savings to our customers around the world.

    Our shipping fees are set according to your order subtotal. There are two easy ways to check the shipping fee and get a shipping time estimate. Either -

    1) Find the shipping info page for your country (click on one of the links ↑↑ above)

    2) Add items to your cart, click "View or edit your cart," then next to "Shipping" click "Add Info."

    Returns

    The vast majority of our customers are very pleased with the talit they receive, but we want all of our customers to be satisfied. If you decide to return the tallit, you will receive a full refund (applied to your credit card), minus the shipping costs and the tzitzit if they were tied on the talit.

    Of course we cannot return any item with custom embroidery or customized sewing.

    If you need to return an item, please contact us beforehand for the correct returns address. Returns should be initiated within two weeks after delivery.
