Thank G-d we have not had to suspend operations at any point in time during the coronavirus crisis. As part of our efforts to provide detailed information and transparency, this page is updated approximately once a week.

Here in Israel the infection rate is under control (around R1) and in general the country is in a routine mode, with the economy fully open (although there is a new ban on foreign visitors). We are fully staffed, with no need for remote working. Keep in mind that in some countries we ship to, delivery times are still longer than they were prior to coronavirus.
However, keep in mind that during the last six weeks of the year First Class shipping times can be unpredictable (especially in the US), with substantial slowdowns in some cases, which are impossible to predict. If your order is time-sensitive, please keep this in mind. On the other hand, DHL shipping times are rarely affected at all by seasonable peaks.
Also, during Chanukah, leave an extra day or two order preparation time. Our office and almost all of our suppliers work fewer hours during Chanukah.
First Class - First Class shipping to Australia and New Zealand is quite slow. Shipping times to the US and Europe seem to be close to normal, i.e. 10-15 days. First Class shipping times to Canada appears to improving somewhat, and now seems to be 2-3 weeks.
Express - Since DHL Express uses its own fleet of cargo planes, shipping times (2-4 business days to most locations) are not affected.
